-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen as Member of Board of Supervisors, effective from May 05, 2017;

-          Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh as Member of Board of Supervisors, effective from May 05, 2017;

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Thanh Vinh as Chairman of Board of Directors, effective from May 05, 2017;

-          Appointing Mr. Trinh Van Quyet as Chairman of Board of Directors, effective from May 05, 2017;

-          Appointing Mr. Do Nhu Tuan as Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors, effective from May 05, 2017;

-          Appointing Mr. Do Quang Lam as CEO, effective from May 05, 2017;

-          Changing the company legal representative from Mr. Le Thanh Vinh to Mr. Do Quang Lam.
