On April 24, 2017, BODs of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Van Hiep as Deputy CEO as from April 24, 2017.
2. BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh My as Deputy CEO as from April 24, 2017.
3. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Vo Dinh Long as Deputy CEO as from April 24, 2017.
