On May 11, 2017, BODs of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1. BODs approved the resignation of Bui Cao Nhat Quan as Deputy Chairman of BODs and member of BODs as from May 11, 2017.
2. BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Bui Cao Nhat Quan as Deputy CEO as from May 11, 2017.
3. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Xuan Huy as temporary member of BODs as from May 11, 2017.
