According to the resolution of extraordinary general meeting dated January 16, 2016, RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company approved the document on stock issuance to raise the charter capital:

1)    Stock type: common stock

2)    Issue volume: 4,714,800 shares

3)    Issue price: based on the average trading price of the 10 latest sessions prior to the ex-right date, minimum discount rate 30%.
