CCI: BoD approves the selling price for the remaining shares

According to the Board Resolution dated January 20, 2016, the Board of Directors of Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment JSC approved to authorize the Chairman to decide selling prices (not lower than the one offered to the existing shareholders), buyers and time for the shares refused to buy by the existing shareholders and fractional shares in the issuance to raise the charter capital from VND133,986,200,000 to VND199,965,500,000.
