PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer JSC announced the written resolution dated January 18, 2016 after seeking shareholders’ approval:

Article 1: Approving the amended contents of the Company’s Charter.

Article 2: Approving the Charter of the Scientific and Technological Development Fund of PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer JSC.

Article 3: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
