PXT: Resolution on the changes of personnel

On November 18, 2016, Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company announces the changes of personnel as follows:

-     Board approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau as member of BoD & Director of PVC-PT as from November 17, 2016.

-     Board approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Quang Ngoc as temporary Chairman BoD & Director as from November 17, 2016.
