-          Name of target stock: Stock of National Seed Joint Stock Company (NSC)

-          Number of NSC shares owned by PAN before trading: 9,614,243 shares (62.86% of total outstanding shares of NSC)

-          Number of shares expected for purchase: 1,857,007 shares (12.14% of total outstanding shares of NSC)

-          Number of NSC shares owned by PAN after trading: 11,471,250 shares (75.00% of total outstanding shares of NSC)

-          Expected buying price: VND101,200/share

-          Trading time: from 30 days to 60 days after the State Securities Commission approves the public tender offer and the Company discloses information.
