TDC: Board Resolution _ Nov 04

Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 04, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: To approve Mr. Bui Ba khoa - its current Deputy CEO cum Director of My Phuoc Premixing Concrete Enterprise as Head of its subsidiary at Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc province.

Article 2: To change address of its branch No.02 in Hai phong to Villa No.320, P1-RM2 Land Lot, VSIP Hai Phong, Thuy Duong, Thuy Son Ward, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
