DHM: Board Resolution _ Nov 03

Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 03, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: To approve to continue buying 3,000,000 shares in Bac Viet Minerals Exploration Metallurgy Joint Stock Company, increasing the holding to 9,000,000 shares or 45% of charter capital. The company used own fund and divesting fund from the joint venture.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
