NCT: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of 2017 AGM as follows:

1. Approving 2016 business results, 2017 business plan and operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
2. Approving 2016 profit distribution:

The remaining profit for unpaid 2016 dividend has to be paid to shareholders by 30 June 2017.
3. Approving 2017 business plan.
4. Approving compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board.
5. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
6. Approving resignations of members the BOD: Mr. Ta Manh Hung, Mr. Do Khac Thanh and Mr. Pham Hai Phong as of 26 April 2017.
7. Approving appointment of Mr. Dao Manh Kien, Tuong Duy Duc and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duong as members of the BOD.
8. Resolution is valid as of 26 April 2017.
