TAC: Allowed to delay AGM 2017

Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Companyapplied an extension to the Department of Planning and Investment of HCMC to delay the holding of Annual General Meeting. Therefore, on April 28, 2017, the Department allowed TAC to delay the 2017 Annual General Meeting until June 30, 2017 but no more than 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
