MBB: Decision on the change of listing

On April 11, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: MBB) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,681,559,091 shares

-        Additional volume: 31,181,818 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND311,818,180,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 1,712,740,909 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND17,127,409,090,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  April 13, 2017

-        Reason of change: Stock issuance for shares swap to excute a merger between MBB and Song Da Finance Corporation.
