CYC: Decision on delisting of stock

On April 11, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No. 112/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company (CYC):

-          Number of shares delisted      : 1,990,530 shares

-          Value of shares delisted          : VND19,905,300,000

-          Reason: The Company has losses in three consecutive years (Profit after tax in 2014 was -VND13.44 billion. Profit after tax in 2015 was -VND37.49 billion.  Profit after tax in 2016 was -VND 8.9 billion.)

-         Effective delisting date: May 11, 2017

-         Last trading date        : May 10, 2017
