HPG: Decision on the change of listing On April 18, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (Stock code: HPG) to change the listing as follows:

- Additional volume: 421,380,461shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND 4,213,804,610,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 1,264,255,417shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND 12,642,554,170,000
- Effective date of the listing license: April 20, 2017
- Reason of change: to issue shares to pay dividends for 2016 HOSE
