-        Additional listing volume: 31,181,818 shares

-        Reason of change: to issue MBB shares for stock swap in the merger of SongDa Finance Joint Stock Company (SDFC) into Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB).

-        Total listing volume after change: 1,712,740,909 shares

-        Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND 17,127,409,090,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: April 13, 2017

-        Official trading date: April 24, 2017.
