LHG: Information on tax payment

Long Hau Corporation (LHG) announces the conclusions of tax inspection dated January 10, 2017 and January 19, 2017 by the Tax Department of Long An Province regarding the adjustment to the value-added tax and corporate income tax for the periods of 2011 to 2013 and 2014 to 2015, as follows:

• 2011 – 2013:

+        Value-added tax arrears: 3.659 billion dongs, because LHG declared the adjustment to the value-added tax arrears for 2009-2010 and paid this amount on July 17, 2013.

+        Reduction of loss: 43.530 billion dongs.

• 2014 – 2015:

+        Value-added tax arrears: 74 million dongs

+        Reduction of loss: 20.594 billion dongs.
