On February 23, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.172/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of S.P.M Corporation (Stock code: SPM) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: March 07, 2017

-          Record date: March 08, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends payment for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND 2,000/ share).

-          Payment date: March 20, 2017

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at S.P.M Corporation (address: C4 Buu Long Street, Ward 15, District 10, HCMC) as from March 20, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
