-          Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (700dongs/share)

-          Payment date: March 28, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Telecomminications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company.
