LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (LDG) announced the change of personnel as follows:

•  The Board of Directors of LDG approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Minh and Mr. Dang Quang Hai as members of the Supervisory Board from January 17, 2017.
• The Board of Directors of LDG approved the resignation of Mr. Le Thanh Vinh as CEO from January 17, 2017.
• The Board of Directors of LDG approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong, Deputy CEO, as Acting CEO from January 17, 2017.
