Based on the Resolution No.14/NQ-HĐQT-VRC/2017. BOSDs of Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approving the change of personnel as follows:

-        BODs approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh as CEO as from January 17, 2017.

-        BODs approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh as Permanent Deputy Chairman of BODs as from January 17, 2017.

-        BODs approving the appointment of Mr. Ly Thanh Nha as Deputy Chairman of BODs as from January 17, 2017.

-        BODs approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Van Phoi as CEO as from January 17, 2017. He is also a legal representative of VRC.
