KMR: VSD adjusts KMR’s foreign ownership percentage to 100%

On May 23, 2016, the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) announced the adjustment in the ownership percentage of foreign investors of Mirae Joint Stock Company (KMR) from 49% to 100%.

Effective date: May 24, 2016.
