VCF: BoD approves to buy more than 2 million shares of CDN

The Board of Directors of Vinacafé Bien Hoa Joint - Stock Company approved the acquisition of 85% CDN Production Trading Corporation (“CDN”). Accordingly, Vinacafé Bien Hoa Joint - Stock Company will buy 2,524,500 shares of CDN, with the total value of VND35 billion.
