KHP: SCC no longer KHPC’s subsidiary

According to Announcement No.39 dated July 19, 2016 by Song Cho Hydropower Joint Stock Company (SCC), the total ownership ratio of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) in SCC is 42.21%, equivalent to 1,018,763 shares. As from July 19, 2016, SCC is no longer a subsidiary of KHPC. Therefore, KHPC has no subsidiary.
