Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the result of private placement of corporate bonds as follows:

-          Issue date: December 30, 2016

-          Issue volume: 82 bonds

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Bond type: non-convertible secured bond

-          Bond term: 04 years

-          Interest rate:

+        For the first year: 9.5%/year

+        For the next years: floating rate, adjusted once every three months, calculated by the personal savings rate in VND with 12-month term, deferred payment, by Vietinbank – Ha Noi Branch, plus 4%/year and plus the cost of raising capital.
