Saigon Securities Incorporation announced the Board resolution dated January 16, 2017 regarding the issuance of bond SSIBOND012017 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the private placement of bonds as follows:

1. Issuer: Saigon Securities Incorporation
2. Bond name: SSIBOND012017
3. Type of bond: non-convertible and unsecured bond
4. Par value: VND500,000,000/bond
5. Expected issue volume: maximum of 600 bonds 
6. Total issue value: maximum of VND300 billion
7. Expected offering price: equal to 100% par value
8. Bond term: 02 years
9. Interest: The interest rate for first 12 months will be decided by the BOD Chairman and maximum of 8.5%/year. The interest rate for the remaining period will be equal to the average rate of personal savings interest rates in VND, paid at maturity, 12-month term, by 04 banks: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV and Agribank; plus 2%/year.
