KAC: Not allowed to delay the disclosure of 2016 financial statements

On April 03, 2017, the State Securities Commission received the request to delay the disclosure of the 2016 financial statements by Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company (KAC). However, the reason KAC gave is not the case at Point c – Provision 1 – Article 8 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated 10/06/2015 by the Ministry of Finance and also not a force majeure reason according to Article 6 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC.
