ITD: Board Resolution _ May 2016

According to the Board resolution dated May 05, 2016, the Board of Directors of Innovative Technology Development Corporation (ITD) approved to organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay first interim dividend for 2015 in cash:  

1)    Approving a record date to make a list of shareholders attending to the 2016 Annual General Meeting and receiving first interim dividend for 2015 in cash: May 20, 2016.

2)    Detailed content:

a)    Annual General Meeting 2016

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date: 13:00 – 17:00, June 23, 2016

-          Meeting place: ITD Building, 01 Sang Tao Street, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7, Hochiminh city.

b)    First interim dividend for 2015

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000 per share)

-          Payment date: June 06, 2016.
