On April 08, 2016, the Board of Directors of Imexpharm Corporation approved the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) as follows:

-          Number of shares (at December 31, 2015): 28,942,646 shares

-          Number of shares expected to issue: 1,447,000 shares (5% outstanding shares)

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Issue value: VND14,470,000,000.

-          Issue date: Quarter IV.2016
