TYA: BoD approves the registration dossiers to issue shares

On April 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company approved the plan for issuing new shares to pay 10% dividend as follows:

-        Total issued volume: 27,901,377 shares

-        Treasury volume: 9,363 shares

-        Outstanding volume: 27,892,014 shares

-        Issue ratio: 10% of outstanding volume

-        Expected issue volume: 2,789,201 shares

-        Financial resource: TYA’s after-tax profit in 2015.

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
