SFI: SFI to buy back 90,000 ESOP shares

Sea & Air Freight International (CAV) has declared its intention to repurchase its own shares as follows:

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 40,012 shares

-          Number of shares registered for buyback: 90,000 shares

-          Reason: to buy ESOP shares from the resigned employees who left CAV before ending ESOP.

-          Trading period: from April 22, 2016 to April 30, 2016

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share
