On April 07, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Stock code: IJC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 274,194,525 shares

-        Decreased volume: 137,097,202 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 1,370,972,020,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 137,097,323 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 1,370,973,230,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: April 11, 2017

-        Reason of change: The Company reduces the number of listing shares because of refunding to shareholders
