HU3: Information on Tax Penalty

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the conclusion of tax inspection as follows:

1)    Tax arrears:

-          Value added tax arrears for 2014: VND1,468,928,169

-          Corporate income tax arrears for 2013 - 2014: VND953,985,381

-          Deducted value-added tax in 2014: VND123,319,539

2)    Tax penalty:

-          Penalty after checking: VND1,123,379,912

Total arrears and penalty: VND3,669,613,001.
