HTV: Ha Tien Transport invests in Truong Tho Company

Ha Tien Transport JSC has contributed capital and assigned a representative to participate in the Board of Directors of the following project company:

-          Name of project: Truong Tho Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Head office (estimated): Room 1606, 16^th Floor, Sailing Building, 111A Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Shareholders at the time of the establishment:

(i)            Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company contributes 5% charter capital

(ii)          Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company contributes 45.9% charter capital

(iii)         R.C Real Estate Development and Finance Corporation contributes 49.1% charter capital.

-          Charter capital: VND30 billion.
