TSC: TSC sell stake in TSC SEEDS

On June 15, 2016, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called TSC) approved to sell the shares of TSC Seeds Joint Stock company (hereinafter called TSS).

-          Selling volume: 8,000,000 shares (42.11% charter capital of TSS)

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Trading date: June 16, 2016

After the deal, TSC owns 9,750,000 shares or 51.32% TSS.
