TTF: Board Resolution _ June 13, 2016

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation announced the Board resolution dated June 13, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: The Board approved to appoint Ms. Vu Tuyet Hang, CEO, as Legal Representative of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation.

Article 2: The Board approved the draft of the merger agreement of Truong Thanh Wood Processing JSC and Truong Thanh Panel JSC into Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation.

Article 3: The Board approved to organize an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to submit the above issues.
