SRC: SRC signs a cooperation agreement with Hoanh Son

On June 15, 2016, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company (SRC) and Hoanh Son GP,. JSC signed a agreement to cooperate  in the following issues:

1)    To invest in Sao Vang – Hoanh Son Trade Center and Housing Project at 231 Nguyen Trai, Thuong Dinh and Ha Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam.

2)    To establish a project company: Sao Vang – Hoanh Son Co., Ltd. with a charter capital from VND100 billion. In which, Hoanh Son contributes 74% and Sao Vang contributes 26% by the loan of Hoanh Son.

3)    Hoanh Son will provide funding support, worth VND435 billion, to Sao Vang to remove its factory to Chau Son Industrial Park, Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province.
