HPG: Notice of record date for dividend payment

On March 22, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued No.379/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for stock dividend payment in 2016 of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Ex-right date: March 30, 2017

-         Record date: March 31, 2017

-         Reason & purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2016.

-         Exercise ratio: 10:5 (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 05 new shares)

-         Estimated issue volume: 421,382,828 shares

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-         For example, if shareholder A owns 125 shares at the record date, he will receive 62 new shares. The fractional shares (0.5 share) will be cancelled.

-         Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company.
