GAS: BODs Resolution on the second 2016 dividend payment

According to the Resolution No.36/NQ-HĐQT dated March 23, 2017, BODs of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation approved the second 2016 dividend payment by cash as follows:   

-          Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (700dongs/share)

-          Payment date:  April 2017
