Based on Decision No.030/QĐ-HĐQT dated March 28, 2017, BODs of BIDV Insurance Corporation approved the 2016 dividend payment by cash as follows:

-         Record date; April 13, 2017

-         Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (700 dongs/share)

-         Payment date: April 24, 2017

-         Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BIDV Insurance Corporation.
