HOSE: Hochiminh Stock Exchange welcomes the first trading day of Sao Thai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company On the morning of 05/07/2017, the Sao Thai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company official listed 66.000.000 shares at the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE). With the stock code is SJF, the company has become the 416th member that listed on HOSE.
The Sao Thai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company was found in 2012 with the original purpose of bringing natural beauty products from the developed markets to the Vietnamese consumers. After 2 times of capital enhancement, the current paid-up capital reaches VND 660 billion and invested in 3 main activities: providing solutions in fresh agriculture production by using Japanese probiotics technology, providing high quality fresh food and industrial bamboo production.
Over the past few years, the combined operating and sales revenue of the company has reached over VND 1.1 trillion in 2016 as compared to VND 309 billion in 2015. The after-tax profit in 2016 has reached VND 66 billion, an increase of 125% as compared to 2015. In the first quarter of 2017, the after-tax profit of the company has reached nearly 21 billion.
After qualifying the examination process, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued the Decision No.207/QĐ-SGDHCM on listing shares of the Sao Thai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company with the reference price of VND 11,600 / per share and the volatility of +/- 20% on the first trading day.
