VFG: Decision on the change of listing

On July 10, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (securities code: VFG) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 18,285,436 shares

-        Additional volume: 5,484,753 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 54,847,530,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 23,770,189 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 237,701,890,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 12, 2017

-        Reason of change: to issue shares to raise funds from the owner's equity.
