SRF: Board approves to register the additional listing

According to the Board resolution dated July 07, 2017, the Board of Directors of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approved to register to raise the charter capital from VND243,749,160,000 to VND324,953,970,000 after issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholders.

The Board approved to register to list additional 8,120,481 shares on Hochiminh Stock Exchange and deposit them at Vietnam Securities Depository.
