HAX: Decision on the change of listing On July 07, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company (Stock code: HAX) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 14,231,534 shares
- Additional volume: 9,110,899 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND 91,108,990,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 23,342,433shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND 233,424,330,000
- Effective date of the listing license: July 11, 2017
- Reason of change: To issue shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity and the shares issued through ESOP.
