-        Number of shares before additional listing: 56,964,988 shares

-        Additional volume: 1,700,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND17,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 58,664,988 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND586,649,880,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  July 12, 2017

-        Reason of change: stock issuance under ESOP.
