On December 29, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1254/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ written approval of Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: GTN) as follows:

-          Record date: January 06, 2016

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ written approval.  

-          Time of implementation: will be noticed

-          Place of implementation: Office of Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company (02nd Floor, CEO Tower, Lot HH2-1, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city)
