On December 24, 2015, the Board of Directors of Dream House Investment Corporation issued Resolution No.132 dated December 24, 2015 approving to receive the transfer of An Phu Long Land 1 Project

-          Project: An Phu Long Land 1 Apartment Building – Trade Center

-          Location: 1177 Huynh Tan Phat, Phu Thuan ward, district 7, Hochiminh city

-          Area: 2,820.3 m2

-          Total investment: VND333 billion

-          Transfer value: VND110 billion
