1)    The BOD approved to business plan for 2016:

-          Net revenue: VND1,085 billion

-          Exports: USD 46 million

-          Profit before tax: VND26 billion

2)    Ms. Huynh Thi Ngoc My was appointed as Deputy CEO as from January 01, 2016.

3)    The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Doan Van Dong as a member of the BOD cum Deputy CEO as from January 01, 2016.

4)    The BOD approved investment plan for 2016: VND45 billion.
