GMD: Resolution on cash dividend for 2015

On May 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation unanimously approved the following contents:

1)    Paying 20% cash dividend for 2015:

-          Payment ratio: 20%/share (01 share receives VND2,000)

2)    Issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Issue ratio: 2:1 (Those who own 02 shares will receive 01 new share.)

Time of implementation: in Quarter 2.2016
