VNS: The record date for the second cash dividend for 2015

On May 10, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.555/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for the second cash dividend for 2015 of Vietnam Sun Corporation (stock code: VNS) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:  May 23, 2016

-        Record date:   May 24, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose: to pay for the second cash dividend for 2015

-        Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

-        Payment date:  June 08, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: Shareholders will complete the procedures to receive dividend at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will complete the procedures to receive dividend at Vietnam Sun Corporation (Address: 648 Nguyen Trai, Ward 11, District 5, Hochiminh.) from June 08, 2016 and please submit ID card.
